Active Care Group is the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care In The Home Division, we support clients with spinal cord injury, complex health needs and acquired brain injury to live independently within their own homes.

We are in the exciting position of expanding our Talent Acquisition Team recruiting for the Care In The Home Division, therefore we have created these brand new positions.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be recruiting within the Devon/Cornwall and Dorset areas. You must be prepared to travel for this role.

This role will involve seeking out and attending community based methods to attract talent (such as local colleges, universities), visiting clients and gaining an understanding of the local areas & market.

**What you’ll need**:

- A successful Field Recruiter needs strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
- You will need to be confident to attend events and visit clients
- You will need to be willing to travel

**Hours, Pay and Benefits**:

- 30,000 per year
- Full Time Permanent (37.5 hours a week)
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
