Plasma Operator

**Job Description Summary**:
**Essential Functions (Responsibilities)**:

- Report to Plasma Lead Mechanic / Cell Leader.
- Perform Plasma operations I.A.W. OEM manuals, including Masking, Grit Blasting, Plasma Spraying and Demasking.
- Operating robotic thermal spray machines and PLC grit blast machines.
- Complete documentation I.A.W. Company quality procedures.
- Understand and conform to EHS/COSHH requirements.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to a challenging and changing environment.
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude to learning Plasma processes.
- Experience of Plasma processes would be an advantage but not essential.
- Awareness of EH&S, Quality & Production requirements.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required.
- Awareness of production requirements within Component Repair.
