**Adecco's** specialist Property Services Division are working with
**a Leeds **based
**, Housing Association** to assist them in recruiting a
**Neighbourhood Surveyor** on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great Housing Association.

Ideally, you will have experience of Day to Day and Void works plus a history of using Schedule of Rates.

The main duties of this role are to:

- Act as a source of technical expertise for the maintenance of assets
- Specify and manage the delivery of void repairs and complex reactive repairs
- Support the effective coordination of planned and cyclical maintenance

There is also an opportunity to start immediately on a Temp to Perm basis.
