Property Management

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide monthly property management reports to the Directors
- Carry out site inspections, and ensure legislative compliance
- Address occupier inquiries related to rent, service charges, and other management matters
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Independent work attitude with a strong intrinsic motivation to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance budgeting and management
- Excellent customer service skills gained from previous customer-facing roles
- High level of IT competence, particularly in Google Drive and online CRM systems
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
