So where do you fit in?

This isn’twhat you would class as a proper ‘Ulrich model BP’ Yes there are elements of partnering, but really a generalist with projects - so lots of spinning plates.
With one direct report the HR advisor you will be coaching and talking with leaders, reviewing team structure, diagnosing and fixing of people problems.

Projects such as ‘ mental health charter’ have just been launched. Policies and procedures, ER. - full generalist remit

It’s fast paced and there is lots to do. Experience wise ideally you will come from or have experience in an SME where you will be used to being hands on/can roll sleeves up approach.
