Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Miller to join a dynamic team. As a leading manufacturer, this company are committed to delivering high-quality precision components, and need talented individuals like you to contribute to their success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to engineer parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Program machines using CAM software and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machines are operating at their highest efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, adjusting as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team members to improve processes and achieve production targets.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with a strong understanding of milling techniques and machine operation.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC milling machines, preferably with experience in CAM software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
