Junior Biller

Our client, an award-winning innovative media agency based in the heart of London’s West End, has a great opportunity for a Junior Biller to join their finance team.

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager your core duties will be:

- To assist in the efficient and accurate monthly billing of media spends via DDS
- Raise pre bills as and when requested by client teams
- Coordinating billing for multiple clients, ensuring all live invoices are sent to clients on a timely basis and that billing is undertaken in accordance with client contracts
- Adhere to timetable of client billing
- Updating the Client Purchase Order Trackers after month end billing;
- Assist the Client Accounting Managers and BoM regarding collections and resolving client queries;
- Ad hoc projects as directed by the BoM
- Assist with month end reporting

Ideally you will have at least 12 months previous billings experience gained within industry (Media / Marketing / Creative sector) who has great communications skills (both written and verbal), and a great attention to detail with a good knowledge levelof excel.
