- Processing tenancy renewal agreements by liaising with tenants and landlords, obtaining signatures, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Ensuring compliance is up to date for move-ins and submitting relevant forms.
- Managing guarantor paperwork, if required for referencing.
- Creating tenancy agreements and supporting documents.
- Registering deposits with TDS and obtaining valid certificates within required timelines.
- Ensuring completion monies are received prior to move-in.
- Providing regular updates to the branch on the progress of each property, highlighting any potential issues or delays.
- Processing renewal terms, tenancy agreements, supplier invoices, and legal notices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
- Excellent IT knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Office packages.
