The company is based in Hartlepool and you will be working closely with an amazing team that already consists of a Property Portfolio Manager, Lettings Manager and Finance Manager as well as a full inhouse marketing team to support the growth of WLR. Not only that but we have recently moved into our state of the art Lettings offices that has been built over the last 12 months, And is a key milestone in delivering the success we are experiencing and will continue too throughout 2023 and Beyond...
Your role will be to support the Lettings Manager in delivering outstanding service, At every level and be a key part of the team. Not only for our clients but also internally, We are a Group Of Companies who pride ourselves on our internal culture across each of our 4 businesses and as such you will be coming in to be a team player in continuing to uphold that for each other
The founding CEO of the company is a well known local businessman - Paul Gough - who has built up a series of other successful companies in both the UK and USA and has the ambition, financial capability and commitment to continue to grow his portfolio of properties in the town and beyond - perhaps internationally. Role Responsibilities:

- WOWING tenants and prospective tenants with amazing customer care and service
- Reporting in detail on a weekly basis to the Lettings Manager
- Operating and using property management software.
- General administration
- Responding effectively to tenant, landlord and contractor enquiries
- Completing all connected admin via the letting software
- Answering calls, taking messages
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Filling, Typing, Preparing and collating reports
- Organising files, preparing documents

- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service and Relationship-building skills
- Organisation and Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer Literate
- Ability to use standard software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Brand New Lettings Offices In Hartlepool
Part Time 16-20 Hours a week
£20,000 Salary (Pro - Rata'd)
