Do you feel that you would like to have the option to progress into an advisory role in the future, however the route isn’t available at your current company?

Are you feeling that your technical research skills aren’t being utitlised?

Do you enjoy the research side and cash flow modelling?

If so, then we may have the role for you.

**Company/Role information**
- This is a unique opportunity for a Paraplanner to develop their research and recommendation skills in order to progress in the future into an advisory role.
- You will have the opportunity to create your own recommendations which are then presented to the Adviser who will give feedback and mentoring.
- This is an independent boutique firm with strong expansion plans - both through acquisition and organic growth. There is a very established leadership team.
- Hybrid working (after probation) is offered - 3 x days in the office, 2 x working from home
- Basic up to £45,000 with discretionary bonus, private healthcare, DIS
