Summer School

Taunton School International (TSI) was set up in 1996 to provide a first step for international students from 40+ countries, wishing to complete their education in a British school. TSI runs Junior and Senior Summer Schools for a nine-week period in July and August; these are innovative, short-term courses that are attractive to a multitude of students and showcases the best that the School has to offer.

Teachers at TSI are student-focussed; their aim is to provide a safe, happy and respectful environment in which young people from different nationalities and cultures are nurtured, challenged and inspired to develop a love for learning and ambition to fulfil their own potential, as well as having fun and enjoying the experience that the Summer School brings.

We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Teachers for a number of short term positions to support the Summer School provision; the roles available are as follows and are paid at £33.00 per hour:

- Teacher of English [20-25 hours per week]
- Teacher of Business Studies [10-15 hours per week]
- Teacher of Art [20-25 hours per week]
- Teacher of Performing Arts/ Theatre Studies [20-25 hours per week]
- Junior Summer School Academic Manager [30 hours per week]
- Senior Summer School Academic Manager [30 hours per week]
