**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Leadership:

- Lead the G&A team (one direct report) to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis of onshore G&A costs
- Manage performance reviews and development of direct report to enhance team performance

Internal Accounting/Financial Reporting:

- Manage the G&A budgeting process including working with senior management / budget holders across the organisation to develop a robust and transparent G&A budget
- Manage G&A reporting processes including variance analysis against budget and ensuring budget holders are provided accurate and timely financial information (actual and forecast)
- Work with the People and Organisation team to maintain an accurate headcount forecast
- Work with budget holders and the Finance team to ensure appropriate focus and challenge on cost management
- Manage time-writing and G&A Allocation related processes to facilitate the accurate and timely allocation of costs in line with industry best practice and NEO’s internal G&A Allocation Procedure
- Manage month-end close process related to G&A to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Review or prepare balance sheet reconciliations as necessary
- Manage / coordinate G&A audits and related audit requests, including the annual man-hour rate audit
- Manage non-oil and gas fixed asset register including maintain accounting associated with office lease commitments (IFRS16)
- Prepare ad-hoc / periodic cost reporting for various areas including Business Development costs
- Manage / assist with ad hoc projects as required

Systems and Controls:

- Ensure the accuracy of G&A related information within SAP S/4 HANA accounting system
- Promote strong financial control environment by adhering to all policies and procedures
- Assist with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures
- Identify and implement improvements to the flow of financial information within the company
- Assist in the development of reporting systems driving automation wherever possible

**PERSONAL PROFILE**
- Qualified accountant
- Previous Upstream Oil and Gas G&A accounting and allocations experience would be an asset
- Self-starter, proactive and show strong initiative
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, growth-oriented business and developing relationships within it
- Organisational skills, dealing with multiple priorities and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
