**Motor Insurance Administrator**
Manchester
£22,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
Monday to Friday (5pm finish and no weekends)

Consegna are working with one of the longest serving Insurance Brokerages in the UK, supporting customers with their Motor Insurance needs for over 60 years. They have grown to a team of 55+, offer various services including Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Taxi and Fleet Insurance, with teams spread over 5 offices across the UK.

Due to continuous success, they have opportunities for an experienced Motor Insurance Administrator to join their Fleet Insurance team. This opportunity would likely be a January/February start, but interviews are happening this month so there is an opportunity for the right person to start before the end of the year.

**Day to Day Responsibilities of a Motor Insurance Administrator**
- Provide Customer Service and Admin support for the Fleet Insurance Advisors and their customers
- Liaise with Underwriters, Insurers, Customers and Advisors
- Complete mid-term-adjustments, answer queries and update insurers
- Handle the renewal process - looking at rebroking where necessary
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Motor Insurance industry when assisting customers with their policies

**Requirements to be considered for the Motor Insurance Administrator role**:

- Recent experience working with the Motor Insurance Industry as an Admin / Customer Service Advisor
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail (compliance is heavily monitored within this role)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and self-manage your customers
- Fleet / Commercial Vehicle and Taxi experience (preferred, would demand a higher salary)

**Benefits of the Motor Insurance Administrator role**:

- £22,000 - 24,000 basic salary

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
