Butcher Assistant

**BUTCHER ASSISTANT - COBBS FARM SHOPS**

We are looking for a new butcher to join us, and work across our butchery counters in Hampshire & Berkshire.

Established in 2007 and with full year sales of £10milllion the group operates multiple farm shops & butchers’ counters with a focus on exceptional products with provenance. Our aim is to support local and regional food producers wherever we can. This role is flexible and can be full or part time, depending on the applicant. We also run an accredited apprenticeship scheme for people wishing to join the trade.

We source our meat from local farmers and breeders; from grass-fed, rare-breed beef breeds, to free-range pork and chickens.

Salary dependant on role and experience

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
