**How will you contribute to our team?**

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Support Services team as Technical Advisor.

The Technical Advisor will need to be qualified and technically competent with previous experience ideally in the plumbing industry.

This would suit a team player who is now is looking to establish themselves within an office based role, however can use their practical skills and knowledge to provide advice and support to our customers to ensure that our products are successfully installed and maintained.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Using the Company database to complete Maintenance Request Forms which will be passed on to the Customer Support Services admin team to book appointments.
- Call customers who have reported issues with findings from Maintenance visit reports generated from the Engineer attending site.
- Provide technical telephone support for internal staff and external customers, in a professional and timely way.
- Check new product fitting instructions prior to launch of a product.
- Undertake technical and sales product training to areas of the business where required, as well as to customers via the Toolbox Training van.

Hours of work are either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday 35 hours per week.
