Lettings Executive

£22,500 - £27,500 + industry leading commission (OTE £37,500+)

MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK CANTONESE AND HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK

If you’re passionate about property, with a minimum 1 years relevant Lettings experience in a Negotiator role then we want to hear from you.

Imperial Dragon Property holds an enviable position within the Asian marketplace and represents a number of leading luxury housebuilders here in the UK. We are a small, friendly team based in Chinatown, London We have a strong work ethic, where hard work is rewarded and following our continued success our Lettings Portfolio continues to grow.

We’re looking for an organised and motivated self-starter with the drive and ambition to create an exceptional arm to our business. You will be supported by our sales activities which deliver investment buyers of luxury London apartments but you should have a clear strategy for independently growing your department in line with the company goals.

This is a pivotal role within our business and we’re looking for someone to take ownership, so you will need a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Lettings Manager
- Keep abreast of relevant Housing legislation, National issues and to attend appropriate training
- Comply with the various 'Codes of Conduct' of the national bodies the Company is a member
- Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
- Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
- Register requirements and details of potential landlords and tenants
- Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants
- Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
- Negotiate lettings deals and progress the letting of properties once a price is agreed
- Deal with any lettings issues that may arise

Key Skills:

- Minimum of 1 years experience in negotiator role
- ARLA qualified preferable
- A good track record of providing an excellent level of client service
- Good computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong organisational, sales and administrative skills
- Focused on business generation
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Speaking Cantonese is essential
