Axcis Education is working with an excellent SEND school in Salford that is looking for a teaching assistant on a longer-term basis.

In terms of experience, the ideal teaching assistant will have experience working with children or young adults with autism and learning difficulties. Working in small specialist classes, the ideal teaching assistant will support teaching and learning for learners with SEND needs.

This secondary school caters for learners with additional needs such as autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. Inspirational leaders ensure that every learner is catered for. The school caters for learners aged 11-19. Based in Eccles, the school is very close to public transport links as well as the m60.

The role would begin in the upcoming weeks and is full-time, 8.30-3.30.
