**Your responsibilities will encompass**:

- Working with the Case Progressors to ensure the customers experience is a positive one right up until completion
- Provide clients with regular updates throughout the buying process and help with any non-advice-based questions that they have, to ensure a high-quality service
- Maintain client / mortgage records through a high-tech customer management system
- Manage new and existing client contact.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients/introducers.
- Answering the telephone, note/message taking and outbound calls.
- Work pro-actively with internal and external stakeholders through mutual clients buying journey.
- Be able to prioritise tasks and have the ability to work under pressure
- Have strong organisational skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a team player
- Have good customer service
- Telephone manner & etiquette

Competitive Starting salary £21,000

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
