Our client is on the lookout for production operatives to join their bustling yard and factory in Pontyclun. No prior experience is required, and you'll have the exciting opportunity to create unique products. The job offers a shift pattern, and it's conveniently accessible by public transport. For those who demonstrate dedication and skill, this role provides ongoing employment.
- During the 1st week of work, the hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday (training week).
- In the 2nd week and beyond: 4 days of 7 am to 7 pm, followed by 3 days off, then 3 nights of 7 pm to 7 am, followed by 4 days off, and finally, 4 days of 7 am to 7 pm.

**Pay rates**:

- Day shifts: £11.50/h
- Night shifts: £14.25/h
