Pool Attendants

You do not need to possess a formal Lifeguard qualification for this role.

This is a seasonal role. Mid May to Mid Sep.

**Meeting the expectations of the role will include**:

- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the outdoor splash pool and surrounding area
- Monitoring bather loads and maintaining safety and control of same
- Completing records as required
- Provide a safe and hospital environment for our holiday guests
- Able swimmer
- Brilliant customer service skills ensuring we build rapport with guests
- Someone who strives to exceed expectations at all times
- Flexible and able to work all shifts ensuring reliability and punctuality
- A can do, positive and pro-active attitude
- Personal appearance of the highest standard of tidiness and hygiene and as required by the park
- Correct uniform worn at all times and maintained to a good standard
- Professional communication with park team members and public at all times

You must be able to work full weekends and all throughout half term periods - additional mid week days during school term time periods may also be available.
