Urgent Receptionist

An urgent temp requirement for a super Reception/ Assistant role is being recruited for a great Investment company based in the West End. They are looking for a great person to be the ambassador for the firm. This role will suit a slick, reliable Receptionist who loves being the first point of contact, works well with others and is a cheerful and friendly person.

You are the first point of contact for all guests, phone calls and members of staff so it is imperative that you have a polished, smart appearance (it is not a corporate environment). Meeting and greeting guests, setting up meeting rooms, ensuring the Front of House is clean and tidy at all times, arranging couriers, ad-hoc admin duties - booking travel, print and binding documents.
