**Purpose of the post**:

- Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.
- Assist with the Levelling Up funded project to reinterpret the Lloyd George Museum.

**Responsibility for functions**:
**Main duties**:

- To assist the Project Manager in the development of a Levelling Up Funded project to reinterpret the Lloyd George Museum and to report day-to-day on the project
- Assist the Project Manager to reinterpret the David Lloyd George Story
- Research as needed to aid the interpretation
- Conduct consultation activities with the public either on site, in a location outside the Museum or virtually
- Assist the Project Manager to produce high quality project documents, including but not limited to: the relevant Briefs, project plans, the risk log and progress reports.
- Assist on different aspects related to the project including the research and interpretation.
- Act proactively to drive the project forward
- Carry out all the relevant work tasks to ensure that the project is successfully completed aiming to achieve the project's objectives as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Be a point of contact for project subcontractors and monitor their work on site
- Assisting the Project Manager to reach all the necessary outputs and results, within cost, time and quality limits
- Assist in identifying creative and innovative solutions to obstacles and implement them successfully
- Collaborate closely with the community and carry out consultation tasks regarding the project
- Report to the Project Manager and monitor the risks within the project, solving problems and issues that arise, and taking remedial action, or maximizing important issues
- Assist the Project Manager to report on the progress of the project
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules in the workplace in accordance with the responsibilities noted in the Health and Safety at
