**Asset Data & Planning Officer**

You will have a key role in supporting the delivery of Great Places’ corporate plan, asset management strategy and investment programmes. You will ensure the data we hold in our asset management system for our stock is up to date and continually improved. You will develop programmes of investment and maintenance using this stock condition data, liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure our investment meets local priorities, budget requirements and compliance obligations.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Managing and maintain our stock data within our asset management system, providing reports for use across the department and wider business.
- Helping the Strategic Asset & Investment Manager to create stock condition survey schedules.
- Assist the Strategic Asset & Investment Manager in the creation of long term investment programmes.
- Providing data and reports to support effective decisions on divesting and acquiring housing stock.

**What you’ll need**
- Use of the full range of Microsoft Office including in depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of analysing large datasets and effectively communicating results.
- Ability to understand and analyse financial data including cost modelling.
- Desirable experience working with Asset or property data within the housing sector.
- Desirable experience of major/planned works programming.
- Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure.
- Experience of delivering high levels of service to internal and external customers.
