We are a fast growing Homecare Brand with a fun and busy office in Monument (Central London).
The role is suitable for someone new to administration work has a can-do attitude, or has an ambition to enter the exciting world of Homecare.
We are looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and holds a high regard for customer service. Any prior experience in Admin will be useful but not essential.
**Duties will include**:
- Request and assess ID, address history, eligibility, and confirmation of Right to Work in the UK.
- Complete an online Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check for positions that require an individual to work with vulnerable groups, including children.
- Original supporting documentation must be requested to validate Right to Work, ID and current address.
**-Compliance, administrative duties**:
- Create electronic files for all successful agency workers/ contracted care staff.
- Maintain relevant databases and spreadsheets ensuring records are accurate and compliant with legislation.
- Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests.
- Create/maintain up to date information on staff profiles (checklists) for clients
- Compliance, audits:
- To carry out internal audits of applicant files.
- Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify areas of improvement.
**-Sales Support, Payroll admin**:
- Request and record reference numbers from clients for shifts worked.
- Save and audit all time sheets, send to payroll
- Sales Support, Resourcing Administrator:
- Sourcing suitable CV's on job boards and saving on system
- Manage job adverts, organise interviews
