Brook Street are currently recruiting for multiple Call Centre Advisors for one of our established NHS clients based in Nottinghamshire (NG8). We are looking for applicants who have previous experience in a call handling role and can show strong organisationskills.
Role - Call Centre Advisors
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Location - Nottinghamshire (NG8)
Duration - Initially 3 Months with potential extension
Pay - £9.50 per hour
This position will be working a variety of shift times ranging from 6am-6pm Monday-Friday. Working as a part of this organisation, successful applicants will be a part of the team overseeing the non-emergency transport services making sure this service is runningsmoothly. In this role you can make a real difference to the people supported by this NHS trust.
Role responsibilities
- Ensure that patient's journeys are planned to attend their appointments and are taken home within the required operational key performance indicators.
- Use of Cleric control and dispatch system to manage PTS vehicles and Third-Party resources.
- Plan the day-to-day organisation of resources.
- Ensure the effective utilisation of resources throughout the region.
- Support the PTS management team in achieving and excelling in the provision of patient care and ensuring patients receive a high-level customer service.
- Understand patient transport and the impact it has on our patients' wellbeing.
