This is an exciting time to join our Care and Supported Housing team as we drive forward in maintaining people’s independence, provide reassurance and monitor health and wellbeing through social interaction, activities, and the use of technology within our Extra Care scheme.

We provide a wide range of high-quality services to help older and vulnerable people to remain independent in their own homes.

In the role of Support Worker at Berrington Court you will help to deliver support services including landlord responsibilities, Health and Safety, Building Safety Compliance, catering arrangements, and services which support the culture and ambiance within the scheme; including the provision of activities and supporting people out into their community, and meeting people’s needs within their own home.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Can demonstrate experience of providing support services to older and vulnerable people.
- Is highly motivated and a good team player.
- Has great communication and customer care skills.
- Who can be responsive and is able to problem solve and work on your own initiative.
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence, with access to a vehicle.
- Has an NVQ2/QCF in Care or is willing to work towards.

Join our team in this varied role, working to provide an efficient service to our tenants, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer care.
