(HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, experienced **HR OFFICER** in a busy HR Department at our facility located in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers and employees for over 80 years.

The HR Officer will assist and support in the delivery of complex and varied generalist HR activities. The HR Officer will work as a member of the wider HR Team to provide a high quality, customer focused service to both internal and external customers, servicing a workforce of 800+.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Actively involved in a wide remit of recruitment, selection, assessment, retention programmes and associated activities
- Preparation and responsibility for provision of employment documentation including contracts, offers of employment, right to work checks, bank details etc
- Processing and updating information on Company's HRIS (Workday - HR One)
- Data analysis and reporting of key HR Information including absence, attendance, Working Time Regulations etc.
- Preparing presentations and dashboards, creating detailed KPI reviews and metrics on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis as needed
- Delivery of L&D programmes/initiatives to Line Managers and Employees
- Providing accurate and timely advice, guidance, support and training on policies, procedures, processes and complex Employee Relations cases
- Involvement in HR Project Teams, including Investors in People Project Team, representing the Craigavon site and implementing new initiatives.
- CIPD Level 5 Diploma Qualified
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a busy HR Department
- Previous experience of the following: managing recruitment processes, working in a unionised environment, working in a manufacturing environment, Workday (or other HR System)
- Strong IT skills

The following criteria is desirable:

- Experience of IIP Accreditation Process.
