Composite Paint Sprayer

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**

Able to read/interpret Engineering drawings, process specifications and work instructions.

Be responsible for QA process control of operations undertaken.

Work to and comply with HS&E requirements

To train others

To liaise and work with all required personnel within the manufacturing module. To assist and train fellow employees in the above tasks.

**Qualifications**

Basic Computer skills - Share-point.
Able to read/interpret Engineering drawings, process specifications and work instructions.
Surface Preparation - prepare component surfaces using Vapour blasters, Orbital sanders and manual sanding techniques.
Paint mixing - to mix paint by volume and viscosity to approved documentation and specifications.
Equipment - competent in setting/adjusting spray guns to required settings and to maintain spray equipment in a good, clean condition.
