Foundry Operative

We have a number of immediate requirements for Foundry Operatives to join the team across two departments (moulding shop and furnace).

Foundry experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given in both roles. Experience of working in a heavy manufacturing environment or in a production setting is also favourable.

**What we offer**

**Salary**: Following training a competitive salary of between £12.00 to £13.00 per hour dependent upon experience and an additional 2 number performance bonuses per annum.

**Overtime**:Due to a busy workload we have plenty of opportunities for working overtime

**4 day week**:We work 4 days Mon - Thursday, 37.5 hours per week
