Established in 1996 Hardisty have established themselves as one of the most respected commercial roofing contractors in the Northwest of England.

Through continual business development we are now looking to recruit an experienced Storeman/Site Support Driver in a new developed role within our operational team.

Experience within the roofing sector would be favourable, but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is versatile, self-motivated, ambitious and who enjoys being part of a team.

The outline primary role and responsibilities are:

- Organising a working store.
- Make scheduled site deliveries.
- Assist in site set ups and dismantle.
- Assist with the management of sub-contractors.
- Store stock control and full manifest of materials and equipment.
- Monitoring shelf-life dates of materials.
- Safe and organised storage.
- Share information with Operations team to allow materials and equipment to be re-used on live sites where appropriate.
- Liaise with purchasing coordinator.
- Vehicle management (Organising vehicle service, repairs, MOT, etc).
- Monitor Fire Extinguisher process.
- Arrange and carry out PAT Testing to company equipment.
- To work with onsite teams as and when required.

Location: Birkenhead: Will be expected travel/deliver within the Northwest Area and occasionally further afield as and when requested.

Experience: Stock Management/Delivering within the construction/roofing sector,

Computer Literate and experience in using excel and word.

Licence/Certification: Clean Driving Licence (required).
