Pertemps Didcot are currently looking for a Drivers Mate to work for our client based near Abingdon.
**Your daily duties will include**:

- Delivering, installing and recovering temporary roadways using a truck mounted crane
- To assist drivers with manoeuvring
- Helping assist driver with end client
- To be considered for this exciting Drivers Mate role, you will need the following skills/experience; (Essential)
- Must be prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday
- Full UK Driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role
- Able to adhere to stringent Health and Safety working practices
- Good attitude
- (Desirable)
- Loading and unloading experience

**More about the role**:

- Accommodation paid for when working away
- Opportunities to gain HGV Class 1
- Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work in all weather conditions
- Working hours 06:00 - 16:00
- Overtime paid at time and a half
