Maintenance Planner required for our global manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton / Staffordshire region. Reporting to the maintenance and asset reliability manager we are looking for an experience Maintenance Planner with Planning and Scheduling Experienceand CMMS knowledge.

To provide efficient planning and scheduling to maximising plant outages, whilst minimising plant downtime and driving resource efficiency whilst promoting customer satisfaction.

We require a highly experienced Maintenance Planner to provide efficient planning and scheduling to maximising plant outages, whilst minimising plant downtime and driving resource efficiency whilst promoting customer satisfaction.

You will maintain high levels of networking through internal teams and external professional bodies, maintaining and bringing 'proactive’ ideas to the organisation. The ability to deliver high value, results focused work that meets company requirements,to enable delivery of schedules on time and within budget, whilst having the ability to negotiate confidently, ensuring best value deliverables to site, is essential.

**Maintenance Planning and Scheduling duties & responsibilities**:
Provide efficient planning and scheduling to maximise plant outages, whilst minimising plant downtime.

Develop new jobs plans and maintain job plan library for site.

Maintain accurate equipment specifications, information and parts lists (BOM) Communicate as necessary to clarify job scope and requirements.

Manages the ready backlog to keep job pipeline full.

Provides information to minimise delays due to technicians having to seek necessary information and instructions. Record accurate cost allocation for service shutdowns and main plant outages and work with Manager to review spend Publishes KPI’s to trackefficiency whilst driving towards World Class Maintenance.

Considers production requirements, work priorities and department budget when establishing work schedule.

Actively communicates priorities at Scheduling meetings.

Develops agreed upon priorities based on actual needs.

Review the backlog and publishes weekly schedules.

Schedules for 100% usage of available resource for current weeks schedule. Actively communicates the schedule to all affected parties and work groups.

Support team with required RAMS to improve task efficiency and delivery.

Create and maintain an accurate Asset Catalog (Hierarchy) and spares parts list.

Develop and maintain asset lifecycle process to feed and support our capital program.

Site’s system administrator for the SAP CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).

Maintenance team lead for purchase requisitions for SAP.

**Experience required**:

- Planning and Scheduling Qualification
- Similar process knowledge
- CMMS knowledge

**Hours of work: 36.25hrs per week - Days Monday to Friday Flexi time Extended hours will be required preparing for plant outages etc.**

**Salary guide: £39,000-£41,000 per annum
