Our client, a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Alton, Hampshire are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Ideally part time 3-4 days or 25 hours per week.

You will be working with a varied client base from a range of sectors, providing bookkeeping services and assisting clients with ad hoc queries.

**The Role**:
Preparation of accounts to trial balance
Preparation of CIS returns
Undertaking bookkeeping for clients
Preparing VAT returns
Bank reconciliations
Purchase & Sales Ledger
Maintaining up to date complete financial records
Liaising with multiple clients at any one time, maintaining and developing relationships
Dealing with client queries

**You**:
AAT Qualified (ideally)
QBE also considered
Knowledge of cloud software desirable (Sage, Xero, Quickbooks)
Experience of working in practice is essential
Strong double entry bookkeeping skills
