Content & Creative is Pentland Brands’ centre of excellence for development and production of best-in-class, creative content. We want to build a content factory that powers Pentland’s brands to be the most famous, the most relevant, the most desired and the easiest to purchase. We are seeking highly talented Mid-weight Producer to join our Content & Creative team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality creative content and campaigns.

What you’ll do
- Lead and oversee the planning, budgeting, resourcing of multiple production from campaigns to social films.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce outstanding work within specified timelines and budgets, while emphasizing creativity, innovation and efficiency.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Nurture strong relationships with internal brand teams and stakeholders.
- Work across our all ours brands, adapting to different budgets and requirements.
- Build a culture of great not good - drive obsessive curiosity and craft throughout the department. Then champion that throughout the wider organisation.

What you’ll bring
- Expertise in shoot production, project management, creative processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Have a keen understanding of project management, creative processes, and team collaboration
- Experience across moving image & stills shoots is essential
- you should have produced social or advertising shoots previously
- A knowledge of the industry practises & a network of collaborators
- Proficiency in handling different budgets and in-depth knowledge of compliance matters, including insurance, health and safety, and business affairs
- A variety of experience e.g creative agency, in-house content agency or production company
- An ability to define scope of jobs, deliver against budgets and negotiate prices
- Ideally a wide breath of experience in the fields of sports, fashion and lifestyle global brands
- Most importantly, you’ll knows what great looks like and want to be part of building a team that can deliver great content, at speed and at scale.
