**More about your role**

Places for People are currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to support our regional Customer Services provision, with responsibility for the administration of defect management for the Central & North Development team.

Working in line with the business strategy and industry best practice you will have responsibility for any issues that customers encounter in their properties and at the development, seeing these through to resolution. This will include managing defects during the liability period by working with external property developers, contractors, internal technicians and our customers to ensure fixes are in place.

**More About you**

Sitting at the heart of the customer care process you will need to be a strong communicator and listener, with a patient, empathetic and adaptable approach. Excellent organisational and IT skills are essential, with a proven track record of delivering and improving upon customer service experiences. You will have considerable experience working within a customer service role and a knowledge of the construction and house building industry would be desirable, but not essential.
