You will join the Complex Rehab team as a trainee CBT therapist and split your time between clinical experience in the service and learning on the 2 year Post gradate diploma. You will receive clinical supervision from the course during the duration of your training and this will be met in house once you have qualified. On site you will receive operational management and case management supervision from the Trust. You will be responsible for meeting the academic and learning goals of the course whilst also putting your newly developing clinical skills into practice within the Complex Rehabilitation team.

You will work full time with some of your week dedicated to academic study. There are periods of face to face teaching at Exeter university which you will need to attend in order to meet the course requirements. These posts will be key to driving the psychological offer from the Complex Rehab service and will suit someone who is passionate, dedicated and committed to academic study alongside clinical work.
