**Clerk**

We are looking for an experienced traffic Clerk, with experience in logistics/deliveries to join our team. We are looking for a person who is reliable, punctual, and organized. We are looking for a person who is willing to work hard and be a team player. The hour for this role is 4pm until 8pm

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Provide general support to customers or vendors
- Follow up on requests or issues reported to you
- Provide general support to visitors arriving at the office or to the company
- Follow up on any issues that arise during the visit or interaction with customers or vendors
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that all paperwork is handled in a timely manner

**Desired Experience and Education**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with spreadsheets (Excel).
- Previous experience working in office equipment (Fax/Scanner).

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Corby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- TRAFFIC CLERK: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
