We are looking for someone who enjoys working on a variety of activities in a fast paced environment and has a can do approach. You will need an interest in supporting business operations, systems and working with a wide range of people. Strong administration and organisational skills are essential as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to build good working relationships. Due to the nature of the service, you will need to be aware of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.

The HR Officer will work in a combined HR and Payroll team of nine where the focus is to provide a high quality service in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstratable proven practical HR experience
- Considerable experience of working with computer based systems/databases including inputting information and producing statistical information
- Ability to manipulate data and present statistical information

The role of the HR Officer is based primarily at the Arc, Clowne, but will also involve work at Riverside Depot, Doe Lea, and Homeworking.
