Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound live chat requests

- Allow customers to join the loyalty scheme.
- Liaising with the warehouse team/couriers to resolve any order issues
- Work closely with the social media team to ensure responses via social media are timely and in line with the brand's voice.

Skills / Experience Needed:

- Experience in working in fast-paced and high-end luxury goods or services.
- Strong track record in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Passion for and sound knowledge of luxury fashion.
- Excellent problem-solving/decision-making
- Excellent verbal English and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft skills
