Bubble Tea Barista

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as bubble tea's, special drinks.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Operate all relevant bubble tea machinery effectively and efficiently. Extra training provided for service of making and serving waffles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile shop.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with food preparation, such as making waffles.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products and ensure customer health and safety.
- Provide assistance to customers with special dietary needs or preferences. Including Vegan's/Vegetarians, Gluten intolerance, Nut allergies and so on.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required (Preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate preparation of beverages and desserts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude including peak times.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (such as water jugs/ tea jugs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £6.40-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
