We are looking for a Clinical Educator to join our Head Office team. You must be motivated, dynamic, and focused in developing this exciting role.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in health and social care to contribute to the development of our future workforce and the enrichment of the support we provide.

Main Duties and Responsibilities to Include:

- Support the Clinical Education and Training Lead to develop Training and Educational programmes for both adult and pediatric clients.
- planning methodology of training delivery, working towards CPD accreditation, annual and other mandatory trainings.
- liaise with educational providers to facilitate continuous learning development of our Healthcare assistants towards care certification, NVQ 3 and NVQ 5 qualifications.
- Develop training outlines, session plans, learning objectives, competency documents (according to delegated tasks being carried out in care packages) and other assessment tools ensuring compliance with national guidelines and policies and promoting where appropriate, the benefits of shared learning across staff groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- UK Professional Registration is not required. Professional Healthcare Qualifications abroad are accepted.
- Have the ability to mentor, support, facilitate, and coach clinical staff in practice.
- Have the ability to deliver clinical teaching to a diverse and wider group of professionals.
- Willing to develop teaching and learning style through healthcare and social care education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
