Housekeeper/cleaner

Part time 25 hours per week child friendly housekeeper required for busy family in Prescot (L34)

This busy family have B12 and a new baby due in December.

They also have a very friendly French Bulldog.

This role will include cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal prep, shopping, adhoc babysitting, school runs, dog walking and helping to make the home run smoothly.

Mum will be off work when the baby arrives so the Housekeeper will be working alongside her.

This family are looking for someone who is happy to babysit B12 and also new baby when he arrives. Occasional evening babysitting and one weekend a month ( to stay over whilst parents go away) will be required.

When the family go on holiday they would like the Housekeeper to move in and care for the dog so someone with this level of flexibility is essential.

The hours required for this role are

1 pm until 6pm Monday to Friday

(25 hours per week)

Extra babysitting on top of these hours.

These hours can be adapted for the right person.

As soon as possible start

£15 ph

Job Title: Cleaner

**Duties**:

- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
