The role entails visiting rented residential properties to conduct both pre tenancy inventories and end of tenant checkouts on behalf of our clients.
- Conduct property inspections and create detailed inventory reports
- Document the condition of properties, including fixtures and furnishings
- Use digital tools and software for efficient reporting
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants

**Covering, Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Hunstanton and surrounding areas**

**Your own reliable transport is essential, a considerable amount of driving is required for this role so please take into consideration before applying**

Whilst experience in lettings or estate agency is preferable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Initially part time but hours may increase due to the nature of the business.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 11 per week
