We are currently looking for temporary and permanent staff to deliver a range of Safety and Rescue related training at our projects across Teesside and North Yorkshire. We offer competitive rates of pay for either adhoc day rate roles or salaried positions. We offer challenging, varied and rewarding roles where you will develop and deliver courses in both theoretical and practical environments. You will be part of a dynamic and highly motivated team of instructors working in some of the UKs most exciting environments.

This roles will provide you with the opportunity to join a rapidly growing team where the development and implementation of bespoke training will drive the operational learning framework for Safety & Rescue.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

- Plan and manage training and exercising schedules
- Deliver technical input to the workforce to develop new skills and maintain current skill competencies
- Develop and produce e-learning materials as part of our approach to training
- Manage aspects of the workforce Safety & Rescue training & development
- Assess all aspects of training, identify development needs and provide written and verbal feedback
- Carry-out operational assurance of rescues during training events

Your skills and qualifications:

- Demonstrable experience of instructing and assessing safety and rescue related activities including Work at Height
- Ability to produce high quality training and e-learning material without direct supervision
- Experience of working closely with multi-disciplined departments
- Microsoft Office experience & computer literate
- Working at Height qualification - including experience
- Level 3 AET or equivalent
- First Aid qualification

**Salary**: Day rate or Salary to be agreed depending on experience.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Location: Training will be carried out across the Northeast and North Yorkshire.

Ability to commute: Applicants must be able to travel to training locations.

**Experience**:

- Instructor and Assessing: 5 years (preferred)
- Working at Height Rescue - 2 years

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Teesside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Instructor and Assessing: 5 years (preferred)
- Working At Height: 1 year (preferred)
