**Viewings/Lettings Assistant - Part-time Position**

**What would your key tasks be as a Viewings/Lettings Assistant?**
- Dealing with tenant enquiries as and when.
- Using the inventory system to undertake check-in and check-out inspections.
- Use the database to identify any works that may need to be done.
- Organised end of tenancy maintenance.
- Organise and attend tenant move ins.
- Work closely with the Concierge team in the building to ensure everything is running smoothly.

**The important bits for this Viewings/Lettings Assistant role**:

- Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am-2pm.
- Salary will be £11,000 per annum based on 20 hours.
