Timeplan Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Admissions Officer | Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a consistent approach to admissions in line with the Trust strategy. You will promote the benefits of joining this trust of schools and deliver a seamless admissions process, facilitating the smooth transition of students across all key stages.

**Responsibilities**:
Admissions Officer
- Take ownership of the end-to-end admissions process under the guidance of the Trust Admissions Lead.
- Maintain a consistent approach to admissions aligned with the Trust strategy.
- Adhere to each academy's admission arrangements.
- Collaborate with the Trust Admissions Lead to organize admissions-related events, including open events and the annual Year 7 Interview Day.
- Manage the admission procedure and administration for new intake (Year 7).
- Support the successful integration of in-year admissions by effectively communicating student information to teachers and relevant staff. Meet with students and parents during the transition period to address questions, concerns, and provide further support if needed.
- Establish and maintain good communication with the Local Authority School Admission Team.
- Ensure accurate inputting of student data into SIMS, ensuring pupil records are updated and maintained.
- Follow correct off-roll procedures for leavers, safeguarding pupils, and completing all required paperwork, including sending CTFs and organizing hard copy student files. Collaborate with the Local Authority CME Team when necessary.
- Arrange prospective parent visits to the school and actively participate in open events and school tours.
- Ensure school admission packs are up-to-date, comply with school census requirements and GDPR regulations.
- Prepare information and pupil records for forwarding to other secondary schools as necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times.

Team Administrator
- Provide comprehensive administrative services as directed by the Principal and Office Manager.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including sending parent text messages, reports, rotas, booklets, letters home, updating student details, and handling telephone queries.
- Arrange events and meetings organized by the SLT, such as booking rooms, issuing invitations, and preparing delegate lists.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentation materials using appropriate software packages.
- Undertake administrative tasks for the SLT as directed, including liaising with agencies, compiling data, and communicating with parents.
- Support the administration and organization of celebration events, open evenings, parents' evenings, INSET, and related events.
- Assist with booking external agencies/visitors to the academy.
- Support trip administration, including risk assessments, medical forms, coach bookings, and trip submission.
- Assist with updating student records on SIMS.
- Provide daily reception cover, including managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, and managing post.
- Attend Parent Evenings as required and ensure student records are up-to-date.
- Support the overall administrative function of the Academy.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Principal.

Person Specification:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and flexible in approach.
- Ability to prioritise workload accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexible, supportive, and collaborative as a member of the administrative team.

This role will be part of the school's administrative department, with line management provided by the Trust Admissions Lead for admissions.

**Salary**: £85.00-£100.00 per day
