**Cleaning Operative - Team Leader**

**Contract Type: **Permanent, Full time

**Location: **London offices

**Days/Hour: **Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm

**Salary Range**:£26,000- £28,000 depending on experience

**The Role**

Your primary responsibility is to complete coffee machine and water tap cleaning and sanitisation services at our customers’ sites. You will need to place orders for machine consumables and cleaning materials as well as placing service calls for any machine errors. Your role will entail customer liaison and ensuring that customers are happy with our service. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the other company operatives (currently two), monitoring standards and ensuring cover in the case of sickness and holidays.

**Main Function of the Job**
- Cleaning coffee machines and sanitising water dispensers on customers’ sites, the majority of which are in London
- Ordering coffee machine consumables for customers
- Monitoring and managing customers’ inventory levels
- Manage the operative team carrying out regular quality audits
- Simple onsite support as directed by the technical team
- Ensure that customers’ own and company health and safety regulations are followed
- Occasional small item local deliveries and collections from accounts

**We are looking for someone with**
- Minimum 1 year bean-to-cup or vending machine operating experience
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Attention to detail and high service standards
- Is able to work in a time-constrained environment
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Happy travelling between customer sites on public transport
- A good work ethic - and a willingness to step in and help in other areas of the business as required..
