Waiter/supervisor

We are looking for a server looking to lead and supervise our service standards at Twelve Eatery in Bournemouth The Triangle.

Previous experience working as a server is required. You must have a passion for providing unique and bespoke dining experiences. Here at Twelve, we are passionate about our guests For us is all about creating memorable experiences with an elegant, efficient yet non-intrusive service. You must have an interest to research and learn more about plant-based food nutrition as well as in-house training. Barista skills and ability to to make some of our drinks and cocktails are encouraged.

**Server**:

- Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.
- Positive can do attitude and initiative.
- Interest in training and developing standards.
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality with a friendly approach, warming welcome and a kind smile.
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team and self-motivation when working alone.
- Excellent presentation, grooming and interpersonal skills.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Availability to work full-time and be flexible.

**Supervisor**:

- Experience with training team members and implementing service standards.
- Shift ownership and supervisory.
- Ability to multi-task and implement efficient management practices.
- Keeping on top of reservations, guest notes, enquiries, requests and dietary requirements.
- Basic cocktails and beverage knowledge is essential (spirits, wines and beers).
- Experience with cash up and till floats.
- Rota and Holiday request management.
- Looking for career progression.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
