**Warehouse Team Leader - ToyDip**

**Working Hours/shift Pattern**: 40 hours per week
- Shift pattern (Jan-Sept) 5 over 7 days per week including one weekend day - 08:00 - 16:30
- Shift pattern (Oct-Dec) 5 over 7 days per week including one weekend day 07:00 - 15.30 or 13:30 - 22:00

**Location**: Yeadon, LS19

**Reporting to**: Senior Team Leader (ToyDip)

**People/Customer Management**:

- Ensure optimum utilisation of shift labour to maximise operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage daily/weekly workload amongst team and flex accordingly.
- Maintain a first-class, customer centric approach whilst preparing, picking, and packing orders.
- People management including absence management, employee relations, learning and development.

**Stock Control**:

- Oversee organisation and management of the customer returns process.
- Work with the Senior Team Leader and Procurement Team to ensure component parts are kept in stock to meet all fulfilment needs (boxes, labels, packaging materials)
- Carry out a full PSA in line with GBF 13 week counting regime.
- Notify stock control and ToyDip Senior Team Leader of any problems due to stock issues.
- Consolidate and replenish stock where needed, ensuring systems are up to date.

**Goods In & Out**:

- Receive, check, and sort the full range of stock entering the warehouse against transfer order.
- Identify any assorted goods which require correcting.
- Deal with day-to-day queries, escalating to the Senior Team Leader where appropriate.
- Ensure courier collections are on time and in full.
- Maintain primary contact with courier partners/hauliers to ensure forecasts are up to date and vehicle requirements etc are maintained and delivered against.

**Communication/Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on KPI's such as output, efficiency, cost, and error rates.
- Communicate with the E-commerce Manager when required.
- Work with the Customer Service Team to resolve daily order issues.
- Update B2C online platform (Mintsoft) and correctly attribute queries in relation to warehouse flow around Customer Service issues.
- Attend E-commerce team meetings.
- Communicate with IT Manager and Senior Team Leader any system changes/faults which may need to be rectified/implemented.

**Key holding and other responsibilities**:

- Ensure the warehouse is secured before leaving site.
- Flexibility/additional hours are required during peak operating times (Oct - Dec, Black Friday, X-mas, Easter, etc)
- Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures and work with colleagues to promote a safe working environment.

**About you**:
**Essential**:

- Driving licence or passport (3rd party requirement)
- Effective problem solving, being solutions focussed.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- IT literate: Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
- A relentless commitment to ensure customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a logical approach to making decisions.

**Desirable**:

- FLT counterbalance/Flexi truck licence
- KPI and results driven.
- Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification and critical issue escalation
- Experience of working in in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment.
- Positive attitude and a professional approach
