**Are you passionate about horticulture? Could you inspire and support our learners to achieve?**
Wiltshire College are currently seeking an Assessor in Horticulture to join our Landbased department. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about education and who has a commitment to achieving excellence. You will have access to a wide range of relevant equipment and resources, including glasshouses, landscaped grounds, a zoological garden and an extensive historic walled garden. The main purpose of this role is to provide an outstanding student experience through work based teaching, learning and assessment, enabling students to maximise their potential. Within this role your main responsibilities will include maintaining effective partnerships with employers and their learners and curriculum teams, carrying out regular monitoring of learner environments and ensuring compliance with the college and other authorities with respect to policy and procedure associate with teaching, learning and assessment. You will also be expected to motivate learners to produce evidence required and achieve qualifications in a timely fashion by the agreed end date, ensure that learning environments are safe and that learner start, review and completion paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
